very good article by Bro. Dawood….. a need of hour indeed.

we have a shortage of qualified ‘Daee’s …… lot of us in sri lanka think that just finishing some Madrasa years will qualified us to be a Daee… in deed wrong……

those un-qualified Daees do more harm to Islam and muslims in SL more than their service with their un-skillful Dawah or ignorance (perhaps, with their outrageous approaches too)…

they have to understand the way Allah asked us to proceed with Dawaha… Lets have a quick look at this ayah

((ادع إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة))

((Invite to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and good advice))

Wisdom (good approach) and good/friendly advice is badly missing in our Dawah ….. we see more of verbal exchanges/fighting/killing each other (even among muslims themselves) nowadays……

we have to revise ourselves a little …… an eye opener for all of us…

centuries ago, people in SL, India, Far East Asia embraced Islam seeing their good behavior and their way of life …………. what about our way of life nowadays, what about our behavior ……………………..??!!!!
