She missed by few marks to enter the university although she was already got through her Buddhist Dharmacharya (Master Theosophical) exam. Six years ago I embraced Islam either not in a Mosque or any Da’wah centre but secretly in a Muslim brother’s residence. Unfortunately the said brother is no more. (Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un) Now I feel the struggle which he underwent to the cause of dawah. (dawah to non Muslims) Unlike today there were problems in the field. But he could not do anything since he was a powerful member one of Islamic movement in Sri Lanka. This may due to misunderstanding.
