Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam,

Dawah Corner now has eight staff members. A good Muslim brother is paying all the salaries of our staff. Alhamdulliah because of this we are able to do a lot of Dawah work in Sri Lanka. We also have volunteers who work for the sake of Allah without taking any monetary benefits.

All of them are devoting their time and efforts for the sake of Allah and some of them are in very poor financial status. It is our duty to recognize them and help them. So this Ramadan we want to do something special to our volunteers and staff. Would you like to contribute to this worthy cause?

Almighty Allah says in The Quran, Surah Bakarah verse 273;
(Charity is) for those in need, who are engaged in Allah’s cause and are restricted (from travel), and cannot move about in the land, seeking (For trade or work): the ignorant man thinks, because of their modesty, that they are free from want. Thou shall know them by their (Unfailing) mark: They beg not importunately from all the sundry. And whatever of good ye give, be assured Allah knoweth it well.
